Marvin Cohen, D.D.S. Dr. Marvin Cohen is recognized as one of the leading authorities on the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of halitosis in the world. He has published thirteen research projects and lectured extensively in the US and Europe. Dr. Cohen was the author of the halitosis section of the latest edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica and was Clinical Director of the Temporomandibular Joint Disease section of the Washington University Dental School Clinics. He is the founder and Managing Director of HRI. John A. Bogert, D.D.S. Currently the Executive Director of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Bogert is an active lecturer and author in the field of pediatric dentistry. He has served on numerous governmental commissions including the Department of Health's Commission on Maternal and Child Health, and was the Chief of Dental Staff at the Research Medical Center in Kansas City. Kenneth S. Rotskoff, M.D., D.D.S. Dr. Rotskoff is Associate Professor of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at the St. Louis University School of Orthodontics and is Director of the Temporomandibular Joint and Orofacial Pain Center in St. Louis. As a leading authority in the field, he has published over 35 articles and lectured extensively worldwide.
